World Challenge, Inc. was founded by Reverend David Wilkerson in 1971 and served as a corporate umbrella for his worldwide crusades, ministers' conferences, book and tract publication, video production, street evangelism, literature distribution, church planting, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers and many charitable outreaches. Today, World Challenge Inc. shares the message of the gospel through mission outreaches and literature distribution. Sermons from David Wilkerson and his son Gary are shared monthly through the Pulpit Series newsletter to hundreds of thousands of people. The numerous mission outreaches of World Challenge to the poor include orphanages, overseas widows’ fund, emergency/disaster relief, healthcare/clinics, community development and feeding centers. Gary Wilkerson became president of World Challenge in 2010 and moves forward with the same heart and vision as his father.

Job purpose

The role of the Constituent Relations Coordinator is to assist constituents with their requests related to the ministry. The coordinator will be responsible for connecting with constituents, collaborating with team on communications, praying over constituent requests and communicating feedback to the Constituent Relations Team Lead.


Compensation and Benefits

    • Between $45,000 and $50,000 a year based on qualifications and experience

Duties and responsibilities

  • Constituent Communication
    • Provide personal connection for incoming emails, postal mail, and phone requests
    • Provide timely responses for constituent concerns
    • Assist with phone donation process
    • Review website and ministry communications routinely for updated ministry information
    • Process and track all special donor acknowledgements
    • Track all inquires
  • Database Maintenance
    • Process incoming constituent record updates
    • Track all communications
  • Constituent Prayer
    • Respond to incoming written or phone prayer requests including direct prayer for request
    • Record requests and track responses
  • Special Communication Projects
  • Determine group of constituents to receive communication
  • Manage responses from constituents
  • Track and create report from communication

  • Comfortability praying with constituent on phone
  • High School grad with 2+ year(s) of related experience
  • Excellent Communication, Customer Service and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Spelling and Grammar
  • Ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion
  • Commitment to confidentiality of our constituents
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for:
    • Word processing
    • Databases
    • E-mail
    • Internet

Working conditions

The Constituent Relations Coordinator role functions within normal business hours, Monday through Friday. With the exception of occasional training, there is no travel required for this position.

Physical requirements

This role requires no heavy lifting and is performed in a climate controlled office environment. The employee is allowed appropriate time for breaks and lunch.
